Role Description:

• Performing technical/application assessment of all software’s before Testing / packaging. This assessment involves end to end validation of the legacy software on target platform before undergoing actual packaging/Testing.
• Helping team in troubleshooting technical problems and training team if required.
• Handling technical queries with clients as well as with internal team.
• Performing QA for applications tested by Compatibility team, for accurate results.

Certifications:
MCTS/ MCP/MCSE, ITIL etc..
Certifications on Application Compatibility, Wise package studio 7/ Install shield Communication & Documentation:-
Excellent communication (Written & Verbal), customer handling skills & Documentation skills.
